SPRING ahead with ThermaLeaf®

We have had a very frigid winter this year in Michigan along with a lot of snow and I am
SOOOO over it! Spring can't come soon enough for me. I am beyond ready!

I have wanted to change up my decor and add some spring pieces lately. That is what
happens when you get too much snow and cold month after month. UGH! With that
in mind, do you love silk plants, greenery, trees, preserved boxwood and succulents?
It has come a long way from what it used to be and it looks so realistic nowadays.
You can find some amazing pieces that look just like the real deal.

I'm here to tell you that I don't have a green thumb at all for inside plants. I can do a great
job with outdoor plants, but keeping indoor plants alive continues to elude me. lol

However, I do love to bring in touches of spring a little early than most so I was very
excited when ThermaLeaf® contacted me to see if I would like free product. After
perusing their sites, I gave them a resounding YES.

I chose preserved boxwood wreaths along with a cute little bunny succulent piece.
I was so excited to come home a few days ago to find a big box waiting for me
and I knew exactly what it was. My treasures had arrived!
{can you feel the excitement??}

Right away I noticed the great quality of the wreaths. I don't know about you,
but I can never have enough preserved boxwood items...

...and this little bunny piece is just perfect for Easter and Spring! it is very cute. I put it up
on a pedestal of sorts and love the look.

ThermaLeaf® also sells fire retardant plants for your home or business so if you are looking
for something special, I suggest that you give them a try. They carry a wide variety and
with their huge selection, I'm sure you will find something that will add that perfect
touch to your home or business.

I intended to take more photos , but the lighting just isn't good here today...again.
SIGH...like I said ...waiting for Spring.

Have a beautiful day!

*I received product in exchange for a review, but the opinions contained here in
are my own.

White and chippy farmhouse love

I have been creating more wooden tags over the past few weeks.

These are a few of the ones I have made.

These are perfect to add a special touch to a special package and
I also just finished an order of 100 tags for a wedding.

I have also filled a couple orders for some stores.

I have added some to my Etsy shoppe in case you are interested.

Click HERE to go to my store.

I hope these photos are decent quality. I took them with my phone and
am doing this post on my kindle. I don't get on my regular computer
much anymore. Do you?

The tags above are the ones I made for a wedding. They turned out great and
they were very happy with them. Yay for happy customers.

I hope all my blog friends are doing well. So far we have escaped that awful
flu that is rampant this year. I pray we continue to do so. It is especially scary for little ones.

God bless each and every one of you with good health and happiness!

White wooden shabby tags

I did some creating a couple weeks ago and love how these candleholders
turned out! I will say that I got the idea from Little House of Four with a
little tweak.
She found her wooden tags at Target, but with no Target close to me, I made
my own...which got me to thinking about making Christmas phrases for
ornaments or package tie ons.

I have been very busy making and selling them and that is a good thing.

(Lighting isn't good in this photo. Oops. )

I also started making everyday sayings and have enjoyed every minute.
I think to date I have sold about 65 with an order for 20 more next week.

Two ladies are buying now for their tree next year. I'm not that organized,
but that's great for them!!

If you would like to purchase some just shoot me an email.
They sell for $1 each plus shipping.
They range from 2-6 inches long depending on how many words. I will
continue to make these year round with all sayings and all holidays.

I hope you and yours have a wonderful holiday season.
JESUS is the reason for the season.

A Peek Inside My Bedroom

A peek inside my bedroom that is far from perfect, but I love it.
I am finally getting a few things done and I also FINALLY found a
vintage, chippy mantle and snatched it up before anyone else could.
I have been looking for one for years that I could afford.
This was a steal at $50! It measures a whopping six feet wide, but
I managed to squesze it in my small bedroom and I love it!

Again not a perfect shot by far , but it is my humble home that
I love! I say it is never magazine perfect because we actually
live here! Lol

I bought a small throw rug for now, but I want to get a large
one in the color of the mantle...I think. What do you think?
Ideas would be great.

After I hung the wreath inside the basket, I thought it would look better
Stained instead of painted white. Oh, the decisions! Lol

I hope you enjoyed your "peek". It's always a work in progress,
but I'm getting there.
Blessings and Merry Christmas!!

Praise God from whom all blessings flow!!

(I've never tried to post here on my phone so we will
see how it works. Lol)

God has blessed our heartbroken family with another
precious baby straight from heaven. Liam Eric
was born by C-section on November 15.

We still miss Eden Rain so very much and we always will,
but we are so very thankful that God has restored our
family with this precious little sweetheart.
Blessed be the name of the Lord!!!

This is me at the hospital the day after he was born. I warned my son
That I would probably cry my eyes out, but thank God I got that over
with here at home. As soon as I found out he was born and OK, the
waterworks started!!

Liam weighed 9lbs and 3 ounces and was 22 inches long.
He is a very healthy little man.

Our son with his son.

I just love this little guy to pieces...can you tell?
Liam is so loved by his mommy and daddy along with sisters
Annika and Ainsley. The girls want to hold him all the time. Lol

I snagged this photo from my sons facebook page...
Shh...don't tell anyone.

I need to find one of Liam's mommy for next post.
Until then...have a blessed day!
I know our family will!! 💖💖💖.

These are cell phone pics so the quality isn't the greatest,
but wanted to share them anyway.
